Mission

The Institutional Effectiveness and Strategic Planning Committee (IESPC) exists to liaise with units, departments and divisions on campus to ensure administrative unit outcome assessment and strategic planning-related issues are addressed. The committee provides support for the ongoing process of monitoring and assessing unit performance as well as tracking progress made in the attainment of goals of the Strategic Plan to ensure continuous improvement.

The committee is composed of faculty and staff from different units and divisions across campus with a three-year term of service subject to renewal. Among its focus is to ensure compliance with Middle States Commission on Higher Education accreditation requirements. The Institutional Effectiveness Officer chairs this committee.
